Reporting to the Head of Design, I lead a team responsible for creating continued innovation in the FT’s digital products.

We worked across squads in a fast and iterative environment, designing new features and validating solutions to deliver compelling journalism in a bid to reach 1 million paid subscribers.

In addition to leading product design, I worked alongside Origami to rebuild the component library. Championing best practices in accessibility and UI design patterns for compliant and consistent brand experiences.
